    Interested. 66 year old woman . my weakness is not staying with program for health reasons. I have fibromyalga and eat low carb home whole foods most of the time.

    Hi Michelle, Thanks for offering the T-tapp 101. I’d like to continue to receive support and signed up for the ‘Fit You’ class (mainly because I though I had missed being able to sign up for the ‘YOUniveristy’). I paid for the Fit You class, could I transfer that amount to paying for the YOUniversity? I’m a caregiver for my husband. I’ve been useing a lift to move him from bed to recliner and his wheelchair these past 3 years. I have pain in my right shoulder and elbow, tightness between my shoulder blades and neck and lower back pain. I’ve been doing the instructional for the ‘MORE’ DVD during your ‘101’ class to refresh my memory of the moves. I’m about 30-40 lbs overweight and 66 years old. I’m working with a nutritionist using the “Metabolic Balance’ program to try and get on track with my eating. I’ve discovered I’m an emotional eater and have had a hard time maintaining the three meal a day w/o anything in between. I’ve begun reading Tricia Nelson’s book ‘Heal Your Hunger’ and find it very relevant to my situation. Please let me know what your thoughts are as to my next step with working with you.
